The More Physically Active You Are, the Better You Feel!

I see significant mood improvements after workouts, jogging, jumping rope, etc.

I didn't see it as clear before, but with some repeated good experience, I can say it is TRUE. The more physically active you are during the day, the better you feel. I have no single doubt about it at this point.

I've decided to change my schedule. I'm going to do jumping rope every morning + gym every afternoon or evening (split training, of course, different muscles group each day).
