How to Train Muscles Without Taking Steroids

Do you put a lot of work in the GYM? Train naturally? You have some gains, but they are too small to notice? If yes, then this article is for you.

I know your struggle guys, I've been struggling with these questions myself. It wasn't until, finally, I've decided to do it smart. I read lots of articles, books, youtube videos on how to optimize your gains without taking any steroids, how to do it NATURALLY.

Now, it's time to share it with you :)

Count Protein

Eat 1.5 to 2 grams per kg of body weight. For example, if you weigh 85 kg, you need to take 130-170 grams of protein per day. That's extremely important. You should literally count how many proteins you consume every day. If you fail to do that - all your hard work will go down the trash can.

Take Food Supplements

There is nothing bad if you will take food supplements. I, personally, use protein whey powder and creatine. Both of them are natural and can be found in food, such as meat or eggs. First one, I use to bring those proteins to 1.5 to 2 grams per kg of body weight. Second helps my muscles to recover faster.

Train Whole Body

The more muscles you train, the bigger stress. The bigger stress, the stronger signal receives your body to grow more muscles.
Pay more attention to big muscle groups, such as legs, lateral muscles. They produce bigger stress, which not only helps to grow them but also contributes to the development of other, smaller muscles groups, such as biceps, triceps, shoulders, etc.

Do it regularly

Make it a rule, make it your priority. No matter what, if it's a training day - go to the GYM.

Building muscles is hard, it can take years. Be patient, work hard and you will succeed.
