So, what about coffee? Why do I even write about it?

I tell you why. There are two kinds of people in the world - those who place coffee above all other drinks and those who hate it with all their heart. Until now, I was on the latter side. All my friends and co-workers were into coffee. For me, it was a devil drink. I didn't know the reasons, but I disprove it very much. "It's not natural and bad for health.", - I thought to myself. However, recently I decided to investigate that question deeper and found that coffee has very few side effects, more so - it has a positive effects in the long run. When we drink coffee our organism gets into "workout" state - heart beats faster, metal focus boosts. Therefore, every cup of coffee it is some kind of training. With all that being said, I decided to try consume coffee on the usual basis - one cup in the morning and one in the afternoon.

So far, I have only positive experience. It have been two days since I started drink coffee.
