Thanks for your support, guys. Special thanks to my friends, who provided me with some headache medications. They literally saved me. I feel much better now.

During the day, I tried to eat only natural food to make it easier for my stomach to recover. I also had a good 3-hour nap in the afternoon. As they say, sleep is the best cure. In the evening I had the usual 20-min run. This should also contribute to my recovery.

Although I still have a little temperature, about 37.2 degrees C, neither my stomach nor my head hurts anymore. I'm getting well.
