Hello, ladies and gentlemen!

I haven't written for quite a while; sorry for that. I was moving to a new place. Now, I'm back!

Today, I am going to talk about one single tip which can change your diet forever.

As I moved toward a better, healthy life, I was always concerned about food, and its influence on our lives. "Good" food means more energy, better mood, good sleep, etc. On the other hand, "bad" food means obesity, tiredness, and even anxiety. You don't have to be a genius to know all this. However, as everyone already knows, it's not that easy.

Most of the time I manage to eat pretty healthy food, but.... Sometimes, especially under stress, it becomes extremely difficult. Your brain literally turns off, and instincts go into action. More, more calories! :)

What I noticed is that I eat "bad" food (sweets, hamburger, etc.) only when I have some at my home. On the other hand, when I don't have anything I never go out and buy and tend to eat what I have.

1 Easy Tip:
Do not buy "bad" food at the grocery store. When stress comes, most likely you will eat what you have. And, even if the thought of buying something comes to you, just remind yourself that you did that on purpose; there is no "bad" food because you do not want to eat it.
