Pablo Picasso

Pablo Picasso was born in Malaga in 1881 where he grew up and started painring under the supervision of his father, drawing teacher and painter hiself.
He was brought up in a very artistic enviroment that made him drawing like Raffaello at the age of 12. As a child he learned realist conventions from painters of his era and went on attending sessions of art school in Barcellona. His work, initially, put people off, while criticises noticed his genius since his firsts paintings.
As a man, he abandoned coeval painters drawing convention and went throught a fase that now we call "Blue Period" which is characterized by that colour and his intersts for subjects usually off the most important painting of that age.
As the years go by Picasso alternated different artistic periods and points of view in matter of arts politics and love. In fact he is well know for his uncountable relationships with woman often way younger than him.
He died in 1973, aged 92.
