I took a course for TOEFL exam in an online English lesson.

The tutor said that I have a tendency to use lots of fillers, such as uh, well, and so.

I remembered the video taken by a friend at my cooking session in Holland.
I was embarrased to hear my speaking with so many fillers, which was annoying, and listenters might have missed, or have been bored what I was trying to say.

I'm still not confident in speaking English, and it takes a long time to come up with the right words.

The tutor said it is better to be silence rather than using fillers.

Can you gime me some advice?
