It's been a while since last time I went to a English school.

Two hours and a half, twice a week seemed to be a challenging for me.

The teacher was an English, who looked like to be my age.

Mostly students who were from South America were much younger than me, they were always speaking even if the teacher didn't ask any questions.

We have learned expression which help to be the conversation more naturally, e.g. "I'm going to London." "How long for? ""Who with?".

Since I'm not used to use these short question with preposition, I was confused.

Just "How long?" is wrong?

I didn't know "With whom?" is too old, the teacher told us that was used only in Shakespeare's play, but I had heard the expression at an American soup opera lately.
"With whom?"は、とても古いと知らなかった。
