As I mentioned that yesterday I was officially assigned to lead a tour group.

However, when I held a microphone and ready to spoke, suddenly I didn't know what can I say at the moment.

Originally I had to speak English because the majority of visitors on the bus were English speakers other than a few Chinese visitors who came from Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong.

After speaking some words, the veteran guide who accompany with me took microphone right away and replaced me, he asked me to stay on the seat.

In the end on the tour, he comforted me. He described that he didn't understand what I am saying when I held a microphone because he noticed I was too anxious, I even spoke Chinese rather than English, so some English visitors started to frowned upon me.

If there was no veteran guide accompany with me, I would have destroyed the company's fame completely.

This veteran guide was also retired from military troops, he said that he taught four new tour guides how to lead a tour group alone without any veteran guide, other than I, other three tour guides has already been leading tour groups alone, they merely participated tour internships one time, but I have taken three times(include this time).

He also said that he will merely informed the company about he was merely a instructor who sat on the bus without offering any further assistance in me.

Simply speaking, he covered my mistakes, I do appreciate his kindness, otherwise, I would have be fired.

Therefore, the next time I will completely lead a tour group without veteran guide, that is the real challenge.

To be honest, I have been busy recently, I didn't prepared for how to lead a tour group very well, however, this is not a reasonable excuse.

I failed.

I failed.
