管理两个部门

为了一个目的,管理两各部门有几个坏处。第一个是,不过大部分的公司追求降低费用,这个是相反的。第二个是,如果失败的时候,损失更大。你们觉得别的公司可以模仿这个方法和这个方法值得吗?

如果一个部门的项目被选择,别的部门的不被选择,什么事发生于别的部门?那个部门要更开发那个项目或者取消那个项目和做别的项目?
1. Managing two teams for the same purpose in one company could have some disadvantages. First, most companies pursue cost-effective ways but this is not cost-effective. Second, when it fails, it could cause more loss. Do you think any other companies are able to imitate this way and it is worth?

2. If one team’s project is chosen and another team’s is not, what happen to another team? They should develop the project more or drop the project and change their subject?
