On a video, a YouTuber teaches Japanese people who learn English how to be fluent in English.

Here are the five traits:
1. Have a loud penetrating voice
2. Good at singing
3. Not get caught up on the details
4. See people's habits that are useful for English learning and copy them
5. Like having conversations

I think that English is like music so No.2 seems to be true.
No.3 isn't easy for many Japanese people because they tend to be afraid to make mistakes.
Needless to say, No.5 is important.
