Meditation. (Side B) I sit to maditate when I wake up and sleep. How to meditate? While sitting I'm jusy guided by simple sound like a buzzar sound. The sound loudly comes to my ears for several ten seconds, then stops for the similar ten seconds, and repeats the same patterns for 20 or 30 minutes. I just focus on the sound while sitting. While the loud sound stops I don't hear anything and am free from thinking nothing for several seconds.
