The first day of adjusting my life

Last night, I tried to go to bed earlier and was just lying on the bed at 10:30. But I couldn’t really fall into sleep until 11:30. Originally, I planned to get up at 5:30, but slept in till 6:30. I cooked porridge with only rice and wolfberries. I put a lot of water but little rice. While I was cooking this porridge, I did simple exercise.
Today’s breakfast was very light and I ate a few of cherries. I still felt a little hungry after eating it.
