The last quarter of the program consists of the turbo blocks. The turbo blocks of this program are the very heavy sets of exercises without the rest between it. Daily turbo blocks are all different and become more difficult every day. This is my favorite part of the program. At 99th day I made15 pull-ups, 51 push-ups, and 995 squats during all workout. I was absolutely jubilant. So I successfully completed the program. I believe that the decision to participate in this program is one of the most important in my life. It affected my health, to my daily habits, daily mood, and working productivity.
