3.11①~The Fifth Year Memories~

At the time of the fifth year restoration of the Tohoku region, a figure skater, Yuzuru Hanyu visited an earthquake structural remain in Sendai, Miyagi where he was born and raised.
The house has been preserved to show people, who visit there, tsunami damage personally.
The greater part of its ground floor of the building that has two stories was lost by tsunami.
You can easily imagine the damage at a glance.
It looked like time only stopped there to carry out its task, while the restoration around it was under way.

He also visited a gymnasium where he lived as refugees for four days.
The situation at that time was reproduced carefully there, and he told us his real experience and his feelings then and now.

It was difficult to keep temporary washrooms clean.
An assigned space for his family of four was only about 180 square centimeters.
First, one person was supplied with two Onigiri(rice balls), and two persons were provided with one Onigiri for at last.
Boiled rice was hard because it was cooked by water.
However, he said that he ate it bit by bit, found it tasty, and was satisfied at that time.

A lot of stars twinkled in the sky where he looked up that night.

To be continued in my next contribution, 3.11②~And from now~.
