When I was in Budapest, I had a problem with my phone. I don't know why, but the SIM card was blocked. I couldn't send text messages, mails or even call. However, I promised to my parents that I would call them the next day before coming home (They are always worried when my sister and me are abroad, even if we are adults now). Fortunately, I met a foreigner girl who was really friendly. She had the kindness to lend me her phone to send an email to my father. This stressful problem was a great exercise to practice my English. I had to explain my problem in English despite the stress. My speaking was not perfect, but she really understood me, and we had a long conversation together. I realised that I'm really able to speak in English no matter the situation.
