Have you ever been on diet?
Personally, I think that we have to change dietary habits. You don't use any crash diet or what's worse don't use fad diet.
You can cut down on fatty, sweet products but not cut down completely.
The balanced diet is important if you want to be fit.
Eating fruits, vegetables you can help your body. Fibre is the best for your digestion. Help yourself!
Don't stop eatting everything right now. You shouldn't follow the fashion emotionally. For example, starch,if you like it, eat it in your dishes, but less.
If you start to eat it less drastically, you will put on weight.
Nutrition is such important because it can give you endorfins, good mood!
